1. This revised Constitution shall come into force on the date of approval by the National Council or such later date as may be specified by the National Council on the agreement of 50% plus 1 of voting members, provided that:
- Where a matter is required under this constitution to be further prescribed in an attached Codes Guideline or Procedure, then, until such Rules, Codes, Guidelines or Procedures are made in relation to that matter, it shall be determined having regard so far as possible to the provisions of the Constitution in force immediately prior to the date of coming into force of these Constitution;
- Any Rules, Codes, Guidelines or Procedures in force at the date of coming into force of this Constitution, if not inconsistent with this Constitution, shall continue to have effect until replaced or revoked.
2. This provision shall cease to have effect on such date as may be determined by the National Council.
